Developmental Services Organization Leases Space In North Haven

Realtors announced the multi-year lease on Monday.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A developmental services organization has signed a multi-year lease for office space in North Haven, realtors announced.

Corporation for Public Management has signed a seven-year lease of 5,000 square feet at 12 Corporate Drive in North Haven, the Geenty Group Realtors announced Monday.

Corporation for Public Management (CPM) provides “employment, training, and developmental services,” according to a news release. “These include day, supported living, and community living arrangements as well as acquired brain injury services for mentally disabled individuals.”

CPM also provides “assistance to young parents, the unemployed, and individuals transitioning from welfare to the workforce to enable people to break the cycle of welfare dependency and allow those with special needs to remain in the community to lead productive lives,” the news release states.

Heriberto Flores is the CFO for Corporation for Public Management and the landlord is ONYX Connecticut, LLC, according to realtors.

Kevin Geenty and Cheryl Morris were the agents for the landlord, while Mario Longobucco of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Danbury was the agent for the tenant.
