Appointments will be conducted by phone on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. If you heat with oil: Call Community Services in October 2025. If you heat with gas or electric: Call Community Services in January 2026. If your heat is included in your rent: Call Community Services in January 2026.
