Pires of North Haven, according to multiple reports, including WTNH News 8. The <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/northhaven/1-dead-3-vehicle-crash-north-haven-police" target="_blank">crash happened Monday</a> afternoon at the intersection of Middletown Avenue at Rimmon Road in North Haven, according to police. Police said at the time that an 80-year-old North Haven resident was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
