Medical Office Building Sells For $1.1M In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A multi-tenanted medical office building on Broadway in North Haven has been sold for $1.1 million, realtors announced.

The sale of the 11,000-square foot multi-tenanted medical office building at 100 Broadway was arranged by Stephen Press and Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo and was completed on Oct. 1, according to a news release.

Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the seller, 100 Broadway North Haven, LLC, and procured the buyer 100 Broadway LLC, according to the news release.

“The 11,085 SF building set on 1.4 acres is positioned on Broadway near State Street, offering excellent accessibility to both the Parkway and I-91, with immediate access to Washington Avenue, Route 5,” the news release states. “The sale of 100 Broadway underscores the appeal of North Haven as a premier location for office and user properties.”
