Meet The North Haven Police Department's Newest Hires

Jason Diaz and Cassandra Soda were sworn in earlier this week. Next week, they begin a six-month training academy in Milford.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — This week, the North Haven Board of Police Commissioners welcomed Jason Diaz and Cassandra Soda, the department's newest hires.

Diaz and Soda were sworn in on Monday night, according to a post on the North Haven Police Department's Facebook page.

Next week, both will begin a basic training academy in Milford lasting around six months. Following that, they'll complete a 16-week field training program in North Haven.

"Good luck Jason and Cassandra!" the department wrote on Facebook.
