I truly appreciate each and every one of our residents, our businesses, my colleagues from all across the state, my friends and of course my family members for all of your support! ❤️

As you may know, after all of these years in staying in top physical condition, playing sports, working out and always being healthy, I surprisingly had a “Brain Bleed” on Wednesday afternoon, April 9th.

It was quite an episode while I was driving in which I willed myself to get to Yale New Haven Hospital.

I was able to bounce back very quickly from this setback, and I was then able to get back to full strength capacity working with my doctors, and being focused and disciplined to stay the course to rebound completely.

I am now back at Town Hall.

I would finally like to thank all of our town employees in each and every building, all of our Department Heads, our school system and all of our staff at town hall for doing such an outstanding job in my absence. ❤️

As we look back together, there can be many setbacks, uncertainties, health surprises and challenges that can we all be faced with together.

As we look forward together, having the right frame of mind, having a positive attitude, focusing in on bouncing back and being resilient with the wonderful support of others can help create positive outcomes.

Thank you for your wonderful support, it has been so appreciated and so helpful .❤️

Sincerely,

Michael Freda
