Why are you seeking this office?
I am running for the Treasurer position, so I can continue to assist in supporting Mike Freda and the administration. I have lived in North Haven my entire life. My choice to stay in Town, raise a family, and start a business were an easy choice to make. I want to give back to the Town that is given me so much.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
I believe the most pressing issue facing the citizens of North Haven is the cost of residing in North Haven, especially after this year of property revaluations. I as Town Treasurer will continue to work closely with Mike Freda and his administration to continue to be another set of eyes for the citizens of North Haven to make sure the Town is making fiscally responsible decisions for today and the future.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I can't speak to the differences between me and Mr. Gifford. I am the current Town Treasurer. I have been a Certified Public Accountant for 30 years, a partner in a large accounting and tax practice in New Haven before starting an accounting and tax practice in North Haven. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac College.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

The accomplishments that I would cite as evidence that I can handle the Town of North Haven Treasurers position are my time spent as Town Treasurer for the last 4 years, Graduate Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, work as a Certified Public Accountant for 30 years, a partner in a large accounting and tax practice in New Haven and then open a firm in North Haven.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Make sure to listen and think before responding to people. Value other people's advice and opinions.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I will continue to work hard in my role as Town Treasurer for all the citizens of North Haven. I have called North Haven my home for my entire life. I want to continue to see North Haven flourish.
