The property, located at 23 Maiden Lane, just off Broadway, offers "easy access to high traffic Washington Avenue, the Parkway and I-91," according to a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1129992492465769&amp;set=a.538528248278866&amp;type=3&amp;ref=embed_post" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">news release</a> from Press/Cuozzo Realtors. "Set on .69 acres and built in 1985 with significant renovations over time, the buyers are planning to repurpose the upper floors to residential units," according to the release. The transaction closed on Dec. 31. Stephen Press represented the sellers, Eitz Zayis CT, LLC, and procured the unidentified buyer, according to the news release.
