Driver Killed In Crash On I-91 In North Haven, ID Released: Police
A driver was killed in a crash on I-91 in North Haven, police said in an update.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — An East Haven woman was killed in a crash on I-91 North in North Haven on Tuesday morning, police said in an update.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. near the Exit 10 off-ramp, according to Connecticut State Police.

Police said Andrea P. Baquero, 33, of East Haven, was driving a 2015 Honda CR-V LX that was traveling in the left lane of three just north of the Exit 10 off-ramp (between the Exit 10 on/off-ramps) in North Haven.
The Honda veered right across all three travel lanes and went off the right side of the road, according to police.

Police said the vehicle then crashed into a tree in the wood line.
Baquero was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, where police said she was later pronounced dead. Next of kin has been notified, according to police.
A portion of I-91 North was closed for several hours on Tuesday morning after a report of an overturned vehicle. It reopened around 12 noon.
