The conference-wide list highlights individual North Haven players among the region’s best, underscoring the town’s strong performances across multiple sports this season.
   

• 3 Women Caught Shoplifting In North Haven, Get Arrested: Police (patch.com) — North Haven police recently arrested three New York women after a reported shoplifting incident on Universal Drive, recovering stolen merchandise from their SUV and from the suspects themselves. Officers emphasized they will strictly enforce all laws, including so‑called petty crimes, to prevent small offenses from escalating and to hold anyone committing crimes in town accountable.
   

• High school students compete in esports state championships at Quinnipiac University (wtnh.com) — High school esports teams from across Connecticut gathered Friday at Quinnipiac University’s North Haven campus to battle for state championships in games like Rocket League. Players and coaches described the intense, short matches and stressed how teamwork, strategy, and communication in esports mirror traditional sports while also building chemistry and life skills.
