Woman Accused Of Using Dead Person’s Bank Card: North Haven Police
The woman was arrested on a warrant, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A woman is accused of using a dead person’s bank card, according to North Haven police.
Police said they were alerted Feb. 6 of two “fraudulent transactions that occurred from a decedent’s bank account after their death.”
An investigation was launched and police said detectives discovered via search warrant(s), that 44-year-old Christine Boyd, used the decedent’s financial banking card to make purchases on a travel / lodging site

Boyd was arrested March 31 on a warrant and charged with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of payment card theft.
She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10, according to state judicial records.
