Juvenile Reported Missing In Norwalk: Police

Police are asking for the public's help locating a juvenile reported missing from Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Police are asking for the public's help locating a juvenile reported missing from Norwalk on Tuesday, according to the department.

In a news release, Police Sgt. Ryan Evarts said Kristhen Varela-Reyes, 15, was reported missing by her mother on July 8.

She is described by police as 5 feet, 1 inch tall and approximately 125 pounds with dark brown shoulder-length hair.

She was last seen wearing white Nike Air Force sneakers and may also be wearing several pieces of gold jewelry, including a gold bracelet engraved with her name, a gold ring with the number 15 on it and a gold necklace, according to Evarts.

Evarts also noted Varela-Reyes may be with a friend from Bridgeport and could be in the area of that city.
