LuAnn Schutte-Givens, 56, City of Norwalk Employee

LuAnn Schutte-Givens, 56, passed away Friday, May 25th, 2012.

 

LuAnn Schutte-Givens, age 56 of Norwalk, entered eternal life on Friday, May 25, 2012 at Norwalk Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Fairfield, the daughter of the late William E. and Margaret (Hazay) Schutte, she was the beloved wife of Randal Givens. Retired from the City of Norwalk Comptroller’s Office, she had also worked for a time in the Town Clerk’s Office.

She enjoyed attending plays and concerts and vacationing in Virginia. LuAnn loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her niece and nephew, Amanda M. Clarke and Brian A. Clarke Jr, to whom she was like a second mother.  

In addition she is survived by her sister Tanya M. Clarke, and brother-in-law, Brian A. Clarke Sr., her aunt Marion Forlivio, Brothers-in-law Algie Givens and William Croat Billy Givens, Sister-in-law Patricia Martin, and close friends; Karen Kelsey and Aguilda  Roman Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 31 at 11am at the Little Zion Church, 1 Dr Martin Luther King Blvd, Norwalk, with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
