Walsh said Pfeiffer was arrested in January after members of his unit executed a search and seizure warrant at his 65 George Ave. address and allegedly found heroin there.
In a news release, Walsh said Pfeiffer made bond after his arrest and resumed his drug operation, becoming a “very active” heroin dealer throughout Norwalk.
