NORWALK, CT — A man accused of threatening and pointing a "ghost gun" at a person in Norwalk was arrested Monday, according to police.

When officers arrived, they determined an argument over money had occurred, according to Evarts.

After further investigation, police determined Bryan Andrade-Espinoza, 22, of Norwalk, had brandished a firearm, pointed it at a person and threatened to kill them, according to Evarts.
According to Evarts, the investigation revealed Andrade-Espinoza had been drinking at a Wall Street bar and got into a verbal argument with another person, during which Andrade-Espinoza allegedly threatened the other person.

Andrade-Espinoza fled on foot after the other person tried to call 911. When the person pursued Andrade-Espinoza onto Main Street, he produced a firearm and pointed it at the person, Evarts said.
The person was able to disarm Andrade-Espinoza and throw the firearm onto a nearby roof, Evarts said.
Officers later located the weapon, which was determined to be a "ghost gun" with no serial number, and further investigation confirmed Andrade-Espinoza did not possess a valid pistol permit, according to Evarts.
Andrade-Espinoza was charged with illegal carry of a firearm while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening with physical threat, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal possession of a firearm with no serial number.
His bond was set at $100,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court later this month, according to Evarts.
