Norwalk Public Schools to Open Tuesday on Two-Hour Delay

Norwalk Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay on Tuesday after Monday evening's snowfall, according to its Web site.

Light to moderate rain will continue to move across the area, according to the National Weather Service, resulting in a glaze of ice on top of the one to three inches of previously fallen snow.
