Pet Rabbit Saved From House Fire In Norwalk: FD
Fire officials said the house fire caused smoke damage throughout the home.
NORWALK, CT — A pet rabbit was saved from a house fire that broke out late Friday morning in Norwalk, according to fire officials.
In a news release, Deputy Fire Chief Steve Shay said the blaze was reported around 11:30 a.m. on Point Road.
According to Shay, the fire started in and was confined to the home's living room, however there was smoke damage throughout the home.

No injuries were reported, Shay said.
There were no residents home at the time of the fire, and crews safely removed a pet rabbit from the house, according to Shay.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, Shay said.
