Rosemary C. Bishop passed May 16, 2012,

Rosemary C. Bishop, 88, of Norwalk passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield. Daughter of the late Timothy and Myra (Lee) Collins, she was born in Norwalk on March 25, 1924.
Predeceased by her husband William C. Bishop, she is survived by son Wm. Timothy Bishop and his wife Diane of Norwalk; daughter Nancy Butler and her husband Earl of Daytona Beach, Florida; and son Craig Bishop and his wife Diane of Easton.
She is also survived by grandchildren, Jennifer Kelly and her husband Stephen, Kimberly Butler, Kate Paixao and her husband Leonardo, and Melanie Bishop and her fiance Michael; and great-grandchildren, Stephen and Emily Kelly, and Maya and Ian Paixao.

Rosemary was a retired employee of the Girls Scouts of America. She was also an active parishioner of Saint Jerome Roman Catholic Church.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 4 o’clock p.m. to 8 o’clock p.m. in Magner’s Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk, CT 06850. A private burial will follow on Monday at 10 o’clock a.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Norwalk
