$1 Million Sale Leads Latest Property Transfers In Orange

A jolt of activity hit the Orange real estate market this week as seven properties changed hands — one for $1 million.

The transfers, recorded in the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall between June 19 and June 25, represent a total selling price of $3,143,493.15. The conveyance tax collected on that is $7,053.90.

The list of transfers is as follows:

• 597 Derby-Milford Road, sold to Anthony R. Salemme by David S. Sheppard, $395,000.
  
  
• 806 North Lakeview Road, sold to Wells Fargo Bank NA by Marcia Cohen, $321,933.15.
