Project engineer Jeff Bord told the P&Z Commission the property is a 2.06 wooded lot. He said the entrance will have a gate, and there will be 13 parking spaces.

Bord said the hours of operation are seven days per week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and there are about 900 individual storage units. He also said they have requested a sanitary connection through a property easement to connect to Yale, but if they can’t obtain the easement, they will provide their septic system.
