An Orange resident won $25,000 on a $2,000,000 Jackpot scratch ticket that was sold at Ohm Grocery Mart Inc. at 404 Boston Post Rd. in Orange, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
