Car Goes Up In Flames On Route 15 In Orange, Fire Officials Say

ORANGE, CT — Crews responded to a car fire on Route 15 southbound before exit 41 on Wednesday, according to the Orange Volunteer Fire Department.

Firefighters responded at 8:10 a.m.

The driver reported losing her brakes and another driver stopped her, telling her there was fire under the car, according to fire officials.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Orange Fire Marshal’s office.
