Orange Building Sold for $1.2 Million

Boston Post Road property will be the new retail and warehouse facilities for Racebrook Wine and Liquor World.

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced today that Pearce Commercial Pros Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and Senior Commercial Associate in the North Haven office, and Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR and Senior Broker in the Milford office, have sold a building in Orange for $1.2 million.

The 17,000-square-foot property, previously known as the Galvin Pool Company building, at 374 Boston Post Road in Orange consists of 11,000-square-feet of retail, showroom and warehouse space, and an additional 6,000-square-foot warehouse.

Galvin represented the seller of the building, Galvin Realty Associates, and Russell represented the buyer, 374 Boston Post Road, LLC., which will move its business, Racebrook Wine and Liquor World, to the new location.
