Orange Receives $30K From State: Here Is How Those Funds Will Help

State funding for programs in Orange comes from the passage of the bipartisan budget proposal.

ORANGE, CT – The town is receiving community funding through the adoption of a new state budget.

State Rep. Mary Welander said the budget includes funding for four community organizations that provide vital resources in the 114th district.

“This secured funding in the budget will ensure that our community’s selfless organizations can not only continue to serve those in need but also provide a potential second life for a historic entertainment space for families to enjoy internationally renowned art,” Welander said.
