Person Extricated From Car Following Crash, Orange Fire Officials Say
It was a busy Thursday morning for Orange firefighters, who had to juggle two calls in a short span.
ORANGE, CT — Crews rescued a person who was trapped in a car following a two-vehicle accident Thursday morning, according to the Orange Volunteer Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the call at 8:13 a.m. reporting an accident with extrication required on the Route 15 exit ramp for Route 34.
The car was stabilized and firefighters removed the person in the car. No injuries were reported.

Shortly before that call, firefighters had been dispatched for an active fire alarm on Marsh Hill Road.

"We are proud of our volunteer membership handling two incidents at the same time with sufficient staff, equipment, and expeditious response times," fire officials said.
