Robert M. (Bob) Waters age 82 of Orange, CT passed away on November 27, 2025
Bob belonged to the Milford Irish Heritage Club and a former member of the CT Seaport Car Club.

Robert M. (Bob) Waters age 82 of Orange, CT passed away on November 27, 2025, with his family at his side. Bob was born in Bridgeport, CT on July 13, 1943, to Paul J and Margaret (Lehaney) Waters.
Bob retired from the Gillette Company in Boston where he served as the Director of Learning and Development for Global Manufacturing. Previously, he was employed by Duracell and Dresser Industries along with being an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University.
Bob graduated from Fairfield Prep in 1961, attended Boston College and earned both a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years and love of his life Karen (Cusano) Waters. He is also survived by his children, Robert M Waters (Judy) of Orange, Lisa (Rob) Fusco of Stratford and Kristen (Tom) Ignatowski of Milford, grandchildren Heather (Tim) Murray, Patrick (Celia) Waters, Justin (Alyssa) Mancini, Nicholas (Savanna) Fusco, Haley Fusco, Tyler Ignatowski, Kiersten Ignatowski, Ryan Ignatowski and (7) great grandchildren. Survivors also include his sisters-in-law Mary Kinney of Waltham MA and Marge Kuhar of Venice Florida, brother-in-law John (Karen) Cusano of Tucson, AZ., many nieces and nephews and long-time friend Sharon DiVincenzo of Orange. Bob was predeceased by his brothers Joseph M. (Joe) Waters and Paul J. Waters, his father and mother in-law Nicholas and Rose (DeMeglio) Cusano and his long-time friend Mike DiVincenzo.
Bob was an avid golfer. He loved road trips and landscape gardening. He was a diehard fan of Boston College football, the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. Bob belonged to the Milford Irish Heritage Club and a former member of the CT Seaport Car Club.

Bob and Karen loved to travel, especially on long road trips and cruises. Together they visited all 50 states and Canadian provinces, Australia, New Zealand, South, Latin and Central America, Europe, Scandinavia and Russia.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday December 3, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford. The public is welcome to join on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a Prayer Service to begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, 219 New Haven Ave, Derby, CT 06418.
