Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Car In Orange: Report: UPDATE
A pedestrian was involved in a serious accident involving a motor vehicle, police said.
ORANGE, CT — A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle near McDonald's, 57 Boston Post Road on Tuesday evening, according to police and WTNH News 8.
At around 7 p.m. police posted on social media that there was a "serious motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian in front of McDonald's, 57 Boston Post Rd." Route 1 was closed in both directions for a period of time Tuesday night.
No other details have been released.
