College Milestones Achieved By Students From Oxford

Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CT

• The following students from Oxford were named to the spring 2024 Dean’s List at Central Connecticut State University: Matthew Gresik, Jaclyn Nemeth, Skyler Takacs, Brenna Virgalla and Jennifer Zibelin.

Clarkson University, Potsdam NY

• Alexandra Brenton and Elizabeth Schneider, both of Oxford, were among the students named to the Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester at Clarkson University. Dean's List students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and also carry at least 14 credit hours.

University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport CT

• Kayle Golding and Hope Serra, both of Oxford, were among more than 400 students who were named to the spring 2024 President's List. To be named to the President's List, a student must maintain a term grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA

• On Friday, May 10, Oxford resident Gabriela DiMauro, who majored in mechanical engineering, was bestowed a BS/MS degree at Worcester Polytechnic Institute's (WPI) 155th Commencement. Nearly 1,100 undergraduate degrees were awarded during the ceremony.
