19 Connecticut Museums Offer Free Admission On Saturday

NEW HAVEN, CT — Looking for something interesting, fun and educational to do this weekend but don't want to spend an arm and a leg? Smithsonian Magazine has some good news. You can experience some of Connecticut's best museums and historical sites for free on Saturday, September 24 for "Museum Day Live!"
The annual event is presented by Smithsonian Magazine and provides free admission to some of Connecticut's finest museums and exhibits. Organizers say that Smithsonian Magazine's "Museum Day Live!" celebrates "boundless curiosity." Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide entry to anyone presenting a "Museum Day Live!" ticket."
