Developer Sues Town Of Ridgefield Over Denial: Report

The town voted to reject the developer's proposal for an apartment complex, according to a report.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — A developer, Veton Alimi, is appealing the town's rejection of his proposal to construct 14 apartments in a three-story building on about a half-acre of land at 27 Abbott Ave., the Ridgefield Press reported.

The plans, which would have included some affordable housing units, were rejected by the Inland Wetlands Commission.
