New Canaan Police Find Two Dead at Park Street Residence
Officers were responding to reports of a gunshot fired, according to a statement released by Sgt. Carol Ogrinc.
New Canaan police officers discovered one man and one woman dead inside of a Park Street residence Friday afternoon after responding to reports of a gunshot fired, according to a statement released by Sgt. Carol Ogrinc.
The officers responded at approximately 2:40 p.m., Ogrinc said, and arrived at a residence in the area of Maple Street. One of the deceased appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the statement.
The incident is currently under investigation.
