WILTON, CT — A Danbury man was arrested by Wilton police after crashing into a guardrail in Ridgefield, according to Wilton Police Lt. Stephen Brennan. Officers were alerted of the drunk driver by an eyewitness who said they observe the man sideswipe the railing and the man kept driving after the crash, police said.  Claudio Tigre, 33, of Danbury, was given an interpreter in order for police to administer the DUI test. Tigre was arrested for driving while under the influence and processed at the Wilton Police Department, police said. He was released on $260 cash bond.  Image via Shutterstock
