Ridgefield Budget Referendum Voting Results
Residents hit the polls Tuesday to vote on ballot questions, as well as the town and school budgets.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Voters approved the town, school and capital spending questions on the ballot Tuesday by wide margins in a budget referendum that had a 2,444-voter turnout, according to multiple reports including the News Times. The turnout accounted for 13 percent of the town's 18,000 registered voters.
The town budget was approved by 1,843-595 and the schools budget was approved by a count of 1,478-960. The budget also called for a 1.92 percent tax increase.
