If approved, the days of golfers going a full 18 holes without a bite to eat.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The days of golfers playing a full 18 holes without a stop for a snack may soon be over, as zoning officials are reviewing plans for a snack shack at the Ridgefield Golf Course, reports the Ridgefield Press. The Planning and Zoning Commission tabled discussion about the proposed snack shack during a July 18.
The plans call for a 12 by 16-foot shed to sell snacks to golfers. Selectman Rudy Marconi said the building would be donated by Ridgefield Supply.
The application is due to resurface on Sept. 5.
