Ridgefield High School Seeks Coaches For Multiple Sports
The school is hiring for several coaching positions in various seasons.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Ridgefield High School is hiring for multiple coaching positions for several sports. The district announced this week that it seeks eight coaches for various sports.
Successful candidates will have a valid Connecticut Teaching Certificate, a five year coaching permit or a one year Temporary Emergency Coaching Permit; completed and possess current certificates in standard first aid, CPR/AED and concussion training; substantial knowledge of the sport for which the application is made; knowledge of legal and safety aspects of coaching, medical aspects of coaching adolescents, principles and practices of coaching adolescents and adolescent sports psychology; a steady composure, a sense of humor and grace under pressure.
