Ridgefield Launches New Networking Series For Remote Professionals
Ridgefield Connect debuts May 28 at Nod Hill Brewery with beer, food, and a business talk by local brewmasters—free for attendees.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — The Ridgefield Economic & Community Development Commission and the Ridgefield Library will host the first Ridgefield Connect networking event on May 28 at 5:30 p.m. at Nod Hill Brewery.
Aimed at working professionals, particularly remote employees, the event is designed to provide informal networking opportunities and feature engaging talks from local business leaders. Ridgefield Connect will be held quarterly and rotate locations throughout town.
The May 28 event will include a presentation from the brewmasters and owners of Nod Hill Brewery, who will discuss the origins of their business, brewing techniques, recipe development, and the creative process behind naming their beers.

The event begins with networking from 5:30 to 6 p.m., followed by remarks from the ECDC and the featured presentation from 6 to 7 p.m., and concludes with additional networking from 7 to 7:30 p.m.
The ECDC will cover the cost of food and the first beer, and admission is free.

The ECDC, known for organizing Ridgefield’s annual Tiger-Shark Tank, seeks to foster economic growth aligned with the town’s character. Suggestions for future speakers are welcomed.
