Ridgefield Police responded to a one-car accident at 9 p.m. Tuesday on Ethan Allen Highway. Police said the driver, Steven Fox, 62, Starr Plain Road, Ridgefield, was driving under the influence. He was also charged with failure to drive in an established lane. Fox was released on a $100 bond for an appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court on June 20.
