Ridgefield Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party

A Ridgefield teenager was given a juvenile summons for failure to halt possession of alcohol by a minor following a party on Shields Lane at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday.

Police said they were called to the Shields Lane address on word of an underage drinking party. Police found about 20 kids at the party, according to the report.

Parents were called to pick up the underage party goers. The summons is scheduled to be answered in Danbury Superior Court on March 18.
