Ridgefield Prevention Council Announces Fall Carnival Dates
Ridgefield's Prevention Council is busy planning a carnival this fall which will include an array of fun-filled games, rides and amusements.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — A wide variety of rides and amusements will once again fill the grounds of the Ridgefield Recreation Center on September 23-25, 2016 to benefit the Ridgefield Prevention Council, according to Ridgefield Prevention Council member Tim Hastings. Friday night will kick off the 3-day weekend long event with local bands and families will enjoy popular rides and games all weekend long.
Carnival hours are as follows:
- Friday, September 23: 6:00-10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 24: 4:00-10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, September 25: 1:00-5:00 p.m.
The Ridgefield Prevention Council is dedicated to educating youth and families about the dangers associated with drug and alcohol abuse and other issues such as bullying, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.
