Ridgefield Residents Named to Coastal Carolina University Dean's List
Renee Griffith and William Winders were among the 1,940 awarded Dean's List standing for the school's spring semester.

Approximately 1,940 students have made the spring semester 2016 Dean's List for academic achievement at Coastal Carolina University.
To qualify for the Dean's List, freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade point average, and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 grade-point average. To qualify for the President's List, students must earn a 4.0 grade-point average. All students must be enrolled full-time.

Those who made the Dean's List are Renee Griffith, a junior majoring in psychology, of Ridgefield and William Winders, a sophomore majoring in accounting, also of Ridgefield.
Coastal Carolina University is a dynamic, public comprehensive liberal arts institution located in Conway, just minutes from the resort area of Myrtle Beach, S.C. The university offers 70 areas of study toward the baccalaureate degree and 17 master's degree programs, plus two educational specialist degrees. The university began offering its first doctoral program - the Ph.D. in marine science: coastal and marine systems science - in fall 2014.
