Second Taco Business Proposed in Ridgefield: Report

The town may welcome a second taco establishment. Thoughts?

RIDGEFIELD, CT — A taco restaurant recently submitted plans to the town's planning department with the hopes of opening up on Main Street, reports the Ridgefield Press. Baja Taco, backed by 850 Degrees owner Larry Debany, would occupy two units at 426 Main Street.

The application was submitted July 18. The eatery will feature a full bar.

The units used to house Pure Bar and Green Maid Organics, which both closed in December.
