RIDGEFIELD, CT - The town's Memorial Day Parade and ceremony have been cancelled due to inclement weather, First Selectman Rudy Marconi told Patch. The parade's Grand Marshall will be giving a speech at Jesse Lee Church at 11:30 a.m.
