Supply Yard in Ridgefield Plans Might Come to an End Soon
Neighbors concerns over the yard will be addressed through adjustments in the developer's proposal by next week's meeting.

Debate over controversial plans to create a supply yard for contractors on a 3-acre site between a pond and a townhouse development might conclude at Tuesday’s Ridgefield Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing in preparation for a vote, according to the News Times.
About 25 neighbors of the townhouse development attended Wednesday’s public hearing about developer Larry Leary’s special permit request to build the yard, the Times reports. The developer’s attorney said those concerns will be addressed through adjustments in the proposal by next week’s meeting.
