
Two Shelton men are accused of drunken driving.
Albert Joseph Drury, 53, of Shinnacock Trail, is charged with reckless driving and DUI.
Police said Drury was arrested after officers saw his car lying on its roof May 5 in the 400 block of River Road at 2:40 p.m. He refused medical treatment and failed field sobriety tests, police said.

His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance May 20 in Derby Superior Court.
In a May 1 incident, Michael J. Lipovsky, 24, of Far Mill Drive, is charged with DUI.
