Two Shelton men allegedly stole scrap metal from a Shelton home.
Matthew Alan Wilson, 29, of Walnut Avenue, and Michael Anthony Busa, 34, of Howe Avenue, are each charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
Police said officers spotted the two walking on Walnut Avenue carrying scrap metal rolled up in a plastic garbage bag. The material was taken from a Perry Hill Road home in Shelton, according to police.
Wilson's bond was set at $1,000 and Busa's at $10,000, for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
