2 Arrested In Connection To 'Suspicious Death Investigation': Shelton Police
Police said two men were arrested on prostitution-related charges in connection to a "suspicious death" at a Shelton hotel.

SHELTON, CT — Two men were arrested on prostitution-related charges this week in connection to a "suspicious death" reported at a Shelton hotel in October, according to police.
In a news release, Police Det. Christopher Nugent said the department received a report of a woman found dead in the courtyard of a Residence Inn hotel on Bridgeport Avenue around 8 a.m. on Oct. 1.
A police investigation into the woman's death revealed Jordan Rambert, 35, of New Haven, was at the hotel visiting the woman when she reportedly did not return to the room, according to Nugent.

Officers later searched a room and vehicle connected to the deceased woman, Nugent said.
According to Nugent, the room reportedly was rented by Daqwon Graham, 30, of Ansonia, and the vehicle associated with the investigation returned registered to him as well.

During their investigation, officers discovered further evidence supporting charges against both Graham and Rambert, Nugent said.
Graham was charged with promoting prostitution and Rambert was charged with soliciting prostitution.
Both men turned themselves into Shelton police Thursday, posted a $10,000 bond each and are scheduled to appear in court next month, according to Nugent.
