2 Trapped In Car After Crash In Shelton: FD
Two people were trapped in a car involved in a three-car crash on Route 8 in Shelton, according to fire officials.
SHELTON, CT — Two people were trapped in a car involved in a three-car crash that occurred late Friday night in Shelton, fire officials said.
Crews were called to the area of Route 8 North just before exit 13 around 11:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a multi-car crash, according to the Shelton Fire Department's Facebook page.
When firefighters arrived, they found two people trapped in a vehicle that had been involved in a three-car crash, fire officials said.

Firefighters were able to remove the two passengers from the car after about eight minutes and they were taken to a local hospital for evaluation, fire officials said.
