A settlement has been reached between the town and the developer, according to a report.
SHELTON, CT — A controversial apartment complex project will proceed after a developer and the town reached a settlement, Hearst Connecticut reported.
The settlement allows for 30 apartments on Mohwak Drive, the original application called for 40 units.
