Stephanie Maher, 31, of Chapel Street, Stratford, is charged with DUI and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
Police said she was involved in a crash at Bridgeport Avenue and Sawmill Road.
No injuries were reported in the crash, police said.
Maher's bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
