Detectives located the female and interviewed her.
“The victim said that the sexual relationship with Kymer started when she was a 17-year-old student at Shelton High School,” police said, in a news release Friday. “The victim told police that the sexual contact occurred in the school.”
The female blocked Kymer’s phone number, but received a call from an unknown number, so she answered it, according to police. She reported to police that she recognized Kymer’s voice as the caller, and he told her, "Just do the right thing," police said.
